Terms and Conditions for Registration Online.
Registration
Interested participants are requested to submit their registration forms by 31st July 2000. Use only one form per person (please copy the enclosed form for additional persons).
Registration fees:
Before 31st July 2000
-full registration : RM 250.00
-student registration: RM 150.00
From 31st July 2000
-full registration : RM 300.00
-student registration RM 200.00
On 31st October 2000 RM 350.00
Full registration includes symposium session and trade exhibition admisssion, a welcome reception, book of abstracts, daily tea/coffee breaks and lunches.
Trade exhibition fees
Before 30th August 2000
-one exhibition booth (2m by 2m) : RM 500.00
-exhibition booth and full registration : RM 700.00

All fees must be paid in Malaysian Ringgit either by cheque, bank draft or money order (outstation cheques should include the required commissions).
